Here’s what we require from you:

• You will not need to communicate directly with customers, but your reading comprehension must be high and your written English must be clearly understandable by the rest of the team to prevent misunderstandings on projects.
• You must be a team player, willing to support your colleagues and celebrate their successes.
• You can admit if you are stuck or need help. (No one knows how to do EVERYTHING; That’s why we have a collaborative team atmosphere.)
• You work well autonomously and don’t need to be micro-managed.
• You are able to accurately estimate the amount of time a task will take.
• You meet the deadlines you set.

Compensation:

Pay days are the 1st and 15th of each month for work completed the previous period.
