1 What are the key communication and teamwork expectations for new team members?

New team members are expected to have high reading comprehension and clearly understandable written English for internal communication. You must also be a team player, willing to support colleagues, and able to admit when you need help.

2 What is the payment schedule for work completed?

Paydays for work completed are on the 1st and 15th of each month. This schedule applies to work that was completed during the previous period.

After you fill out the form, you will receive invitations from 1Password, Slack, ClickUp, and ManageWp. It is important to accept these invitations as soon as possible to proceed with your onboarding.

You are expected to work well autonomously and without the need for micro-management. This includes accurately estimating the time tasks will take and consistently meeting the deadlines you set.
