Here’s how it works:

• Take on projects that suit your skills and availability.

• Stay active by picking up at least one ticket a week.

• No upper limit – take as many as you can comfortably manage and still deliver A-grade work.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re available for at least 3 hours between 9am–6pm ET.

• You write clearly, communicate effectively, and can interpret briefs without needing hand-holding.

• You’re a team player – happy to lend a hand or celebrate someone else’s win.

• You’re confident admitting when you’re stuck (we all are sometimes – that’s why we work together).

• You’re reliable. You estimate time well, deliver what you say you will, and don’t need chasing.

Pay & Perks:

Competitive hourly rates, based on experience. You’ll get paid on the 1st of each month for all work wrapped the month before. Clean, simple, reliable.
