We’re looking for experienced WordPress Developers to join The Outsourcing Agency white-label team. Whether you’re a front-end wizard, a plugin-tweaking maestro, or just really solid at turning designs into lightning-fast, functional sites – we want to hear from you.

This is perfect for devs who love the work but not the client chaos. No endless Slack pings. No “just a quick tweak” requests at 9pm. Just clean briefs, collaborative teammates, and steady projects with clear scopes.

What you’ll be working on:

• Building and maintaining WordPress sites (typically with page builders)

• Plugin installs, tweaks and troubleshooting

• Speed optimisation, security tightening, bug squashing

• Occasionally swooping in like a code superhero to fix a dev issue fast

You choose:

Only take on tickets that match your skills and your availability. We ask for a minimum of one ticket a week to stay active. Beyond that? Load up your pipeline, so long as your work stays high-quality and on time.

Requirements:

• You’re available for at least 3 hours between 9am–6pm ET

• You communicate clearly in writing and can follow a brief without needing a meeting to decode it

• You play well with others – this is a team that shares wins and solutions

• You know your limits – if you’re stuck, you speak up (no shame in that)

• You work independently and respect deadlines

• You can give a realistic time estimate for a dev task and stick to it
